Nigerian Language
The official language of Nigeria happens to be English. English is used for educational purposes and is taught to all of the students.
There is estimated to be 510 languages in Nigeria. In some areas, more than one language is spoken.
The major languages spoken in Nigeria are Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba, Edo, Efik, Ibibio and Annang language, French, Portuguese and Spanish Adamawa Fulfulde, Idoma, and Central Kanuri.
